Wildcard url: *.gitoria.worldapi.org a new repo needs a slug for that thats unique in the hole system. a repos / shows the README.md parsed to html, if there is a $docs folder it renders all md files inside that folder as a homepage

/tickets implements the ticketlist view of tickets.worldapi.org, the moment one ticket is created the project is created in tickets.worldapi.org - when a user loggs in to tickets.worldapi.org they see all tickets of a gitoria project like its a tickets project.
/pulls commits starting with |||PR create a pull request using the branch title the main target for PRS can be configured in settings and is main by default |||PR|name-of-branch] at the beginning of a commit sets a target branch
/releases a commit starting with |||RL creates a semver release by default it counts up the last one 0.0.1 |||RL|med counts up the middle number 0.1.0 and |||RL|mj the major version 1.0.1 with |||RL|1.1.1a the version can be set manually
