   Now live on gitoria.worldapi.org — A repo's address now shows its README.md as a page, or all Markdown files of its $docs folder.

   Test:

   1. After the deploy, open a repo's address, e.g. https://<name>.gitoria.worldapi.org.
   2. A repo without files says it has no README.md yet.
   3. Once code is pushed (next ticket), README.md shows as a formatted page.
   4. With a $docs folder, its Markdown files replace the README.

    Now live on gitoria.worldapi.org — Empty repos now explain how to push code, with ready-to-copy git commands, on the Readme and Code pages.

    Test:

    1. Log in, create a repo, open its address: the box 'Add code to this repository' is open.
    2. Copy the 'Push a new project' commands into a terminal; use an access token as password.
    3. Reload the repo address: the README.md text is shown as a page.
    4. Open /code on the repo: the pushed files are listed.
