Connect protocol for apps is not documented where gitoria's worker can read it

Found while working on gitoria.worldapi.org #18 — it blocks that ticket.
Repro: GET https://tickets.worldapi.org/connect?app=gitoria&return=https://x.gitoria.worldapi.org/settings, then GET /api/connect/exchange (405 POST only); no tickets source or README on the workers' machine.
Observed: The exchange body, the return-redirect parameters, the key header and the ticket/event endpoints for a connected app are not readable anywhere a gitoria worker can reach.
Expected: A short doc (README section or docs/ file copied next to antcolony-docs) with the connect steps, exchange request/answer, how to send the key, and the create-ticket and post-event calls, or the tickets source available on the workers' machine.
