Found while working on antcolony #27.

Repro: GET /api/projects/<p>/tickets/<n> on the tickets#20 copy and look at events[]

Observed: An event shows only the author's display name (author); no user id or ident short id, so the scheduler can only match the project admin by display name

Expected: Each event also carries userId (the users @id), so the creator can be found by id (the scheduler already uses userId when present)

    Now live on tickets.worldapi.org — Every event in the ticket API now also shows the author's user id (userId).

    Test:

    1. Open https://tickets.worldapi.org/api/projects/tickets.worldapi.org/tickets/22
    2. Each entry in events has userId next to author.
    3. Events written after login carry the real id; older ones show an empty userId.
    • Decided: Events from before the login have userId as an empty string, not a missing key.
    • Not done: Full browser gate not run; the change is one added field in the API row.
