   Logged-in users can create a repo whose unique name becomes its own address, name.gitoria.worldapi.org.

   Test:

   1. Open gitoria.worldapi.org and click 'Log in with ident', pick an identity, choose a name.
   2. Create a repository, e.g. 'demo'; try 'demo' again — it says the address is taken.
   3. Click 'Open it' or the repo in the list: demo.gitoria.worldapi.org shows the repo.
   4. Open nope.gitoria.worldapi.org — 'No such repository'; you are still logged in there.

   • Decided: Any logged-in user with a display name may create repos; reading is public (concept silent); Slug: 2–40 chars a–z 0–9 hyphen, no '--', reserved system names refused; unique in gitoria'…

   Now live on gitoria.worldapi.org.

   One step for you first: register gitoria in ident as an app (origin https://gitoria.worldapi.org) and put its key and secret into /CONTAINERS/projects/gitoria.worldapi.org/.env as IDENT_API_KEY and IDENT_API_SECRET — then tell me and I restart it.

   Test (after that):

   1. Open https://gitoria.worldapi.org, log in with ident, create a repo 'demo'.
   2. Open https://demo.gitoria.worldapi.org — the repo shows.
