    Now live on gitoria.worldapi.org — A repo's Pull requests page lists every commit starting with "|||PR " as open or merged, with source and target.

    Test:

    1. Push a branch with a commit message '|||PR My change' to a repo.
    2. Open <repo>.gitoria.worldapi.org/pulls: 'My change' is listed as open, branch → main.
    3. Commit '|||PR|dev] Other' on a branch: its target shows as dev.
    4. Merge the branch into main and push: the request shows as merged.
