A month view as a Hybriel component: prev and next buttons on top, month name and year in the middle, the days of the month below; shown on components.hybriel.worldapi.org with a demo and docs. Test:

Open https://components.hybriel.worldapi.org: the month view is there, today marked.
Click next and prev: the month and the days change. Details: New app: set it up like gitoria.worldapi.org (Dockerfile, docker-compose, deploy.sh to Byrodin, browser gate, README/STATUS), on hybriel master with hl:web. Port 45006 (vhost + cert exist). The site lists its components; each has a demo page and a README. Concept: CONCEPT.md.

Why it failed (creator): "these asshole components bypass the entire system and write fucking javascript files!!!!!" — every component here is a hand-written .js file. Rework: pure Hybriel (hl:web) components, no .js at all; where Hybriel lacks something, stop and report the gap.

Test:
1. Open https://components.hybriel.worldapi.org: the month view is on top, today marked.
2. Click › and ‹: month name, year and days change.
3. Open the page source: no month-view script file is loaded.
- Decided: Browser today/language are read on first pointer, touch or focus, since there is no mount event; Kept the hidden #month-view-goto input so the date picker still works.
