Found while working on components.hybriel.worldapi.org #1.
Repro: Child handler does emit monthChanged(year, month); host page declares on monthChanged(y, m) { last = y }. Also: host View reading child member year without declaring it is refused, and declaring year = null overrides the child's value.
Observed: Host handler never runs; no error.
Expected: The event reaches the host, or the child's member can be read by the host.

Anton changed the state review By design, not a bug. A child talks to its host by calling a function the host hands it, not by emit: in the host write
Calendar { onMonth = monthChanged }and in the child callonMonth(year, month); the host function writes the host's own members. A host never reads a child's member: values go down as bindings, changes come up through such a function. Please confirm, or say if emit should walk up to the host.
