Follow button below the poster, as wide as the poster

On a title page the Follow button sits directly below the poster and spans the poster's full width. Test: open a series and a movie page (signed in and out) at 390 and 1280 px — the button is right under the poster, same width. Details:
- Creator: "the follow button should go below the picture on tracker and expand to the size o the poster".
- Small; goes with the layouts theme work (tracker#32) or earlier as a quick fix.
