Every title page is complete (poster, summary, genres, cast, crew, ids, release) — also titles that came in partially through the old tracker's person import. Test: open https://tracker.worldapi.org/movies/The-Remaining — full page like any other movie; tools/count-incomplete (new) reports 0 reduced titles. Details:
- Creator: "https://tracker.worldapi.org/movies/The-Remaining <- there are still some looking quite reduced, probably from the prior reduced import when a person ets pulled on entry".
- #26's completion only picks up records it considers incomplete; migrated partial records apparently pass that test. Find the real criterion (what a full record has), count how many are reduced, extend the repair job + the open-title check to them (non-adult; resumable; ≤ 40 req/10 s).
