Titles loaded from an artist's filmography stay incomplete

Movies and series that get added because they appear in an artist's filmography are complete: poster, summary, genres, cast, seasons and episodes, links — at the latest when someone opens them. Test: open an artist with a new filmography, click a title just added from it — full page like any other title. Details:
- Creator: "when i go to an artist and it loads the bibliography those loaded movies and series miss most information and it stays that way when i click on them".
- Architect: opening an incomplete title fetches its full details (with the skeleton rows while loading); existing incomplete titles get repaired by a one-time backfill.
