Search: our database first, then "fetch from web" (TMDB)

A search icon in the header searches our own shows, movies and people; a "Fetch from web" button then searches TMDB for things we don't have yet and adds the one you pick. Test: tap the search icon, type a title we have — it appears at once; type one we don't — "Fetch from web" lists TMDB results; pick one — it is added and its page opens. Details:
- Creator: "in the actionbar a search symbol that first checks our database and then has a fetch from web button that actually searches tmdb then for things we dont have yet".
- Architect's readings: results page /search?q=…; TMDB results that we already have are left out of the web list; adding a title fetches it like the daily sync (seasons, episodes, poster, ids); adding needs sign-in (signed out → the sign-in modal).
- Mobile first; fast on 9,453 titles (index, not a full scan per keystroke).
