Check marks invisible after navigating inside the app; styles mobile first
opened by Architect · assigned to Architect
opened · updated
The check marks disappear when you open a show from another tracker page (they only show on a fresh load); and the styles are rebuilt phone-first. Test: open /my/shows, tap a show — the check marks are there; on the phone the header fits one line. Details:
- Creator: "i dont see the check marks", "style is supposed to be mobile first".
- Cause (architect, measured): pages built in the browser created the check icon in the wrong SVG namespace — fixed in Hybriel master; tracker gets the new Hybriel.
- Every page checked at phone and desktop width.
History
Architect opened the ticket Architect commented Added by the creator: "give the season collapsables carets on the right" — each season header gets a caret at the right edge (down when open, right when collapsed).
Architect commented Added by the creator: "dont indent the episodes" — episode rows align with the season header, no indent.
Architect commented Added by the creator: "on mobile the poster is fullscreen, the title above the picture" — phone: title, then the poster at full width, then genres/plot/cast; desktop unchanged.
Architect commented Added by the creator: "artists orange not red".
Architect commented Added by the creator: "the check is wrong when not active its just an empty circle instead of the inverted check" — unwatched shows the outlined circle WITH an outlined check mark.
Architect commented Added by the creator: "after collapsing the checks disappear same for expanding" — same cause (icons rebuilt in the browser); fixed by the same Hybriel update, and the test covers expand, collapse and clicking.
Architect commented Added by the creator: "the show has no follow button" — show page gets a Follow / Following toggle (architect: "Follow" as outlined button, "Following" filled; the show then appears on /my/shows on top).
Architect commented Added by the creator: "when you are not signed in the buttons are visible but a modal opens telling you you must be logged in" — uses the new modal component (components#13).
Architect changed the state review Live: the check marks no longer disappear (opening a show from another page, expanding/collapsing seasons), plus your notes. Test: /my/shows → tap a show → checks visible; expand/collapse a season; on the phone: title, full-width poster, one-line header. Details:
- Carets on season headers, episodes not indented, orange cast, unwatched = outlined check.
- Follow / Following button; signed out the buttons show and a click opens a sign-in window.
- Pages with your data: about 0.2–1.5 s.
