The tracker can be installed on the phone and desktop like calendar, with its own icon. Test: open https://tracker.worldapi.org on the phone → "Add to home screen"; the tracker icon appears and opens without the browser bar. Details:
- Creator: "pwa and icons" (2026-10-01; read by the architect as: for tracker, the app in progress).
- Same way calendar does it: hl:web's own manifest + service worker from appIcons / offline in project.hl.
- Icon: simple, in tracker's green (#4ec9b0), readable at 48 px; also the browser tab icon (favicon).
- Offline: the app shell opens without network and says it is offline; data pages need the network (no offline data yet).
