Mission 014 deployed: the author edits subject + summary (web: Edit under the dates; API POST .../edit); every edit is a history event with old + new values. Pre-login tickets (author only a name): only the creator may edit. The creator can NOT edit other users' tickets (author only) - say if you want that. Gate 335/335.
