Creator decision 2026-09-24: JSON stays the write format (strict validation); text fields (summary, comment text, state notes) are Markdown.

  • The UI renders Markdown in those fields (headings, lists, code, links), safely (no raw HTML / script).
  • Read view for LLMs: Accept: text/markdown on the ticket GET endpoints (single ticket with its history; lists) returns a compact Markdown document instead of JSON.
  • JSON responses unchanged.
