ident #2 had to be split into six tickets; the only way to link them is a comment. Tickets need a parent/child relation (parent shows its children and their states) and a state for a parent that is done when its children are.

Mission 017 deployed: parent/child + blocked-by (any project), history events per change, API fields parent/children/blockedBy/blocks/allChildrenConfirmed on rows and pushes, Markdown view sections, web controls. Parent state is never changed; the page shows 'all children confirmed (n)' / 'k of n'. Rule: author of either ticket or the creator may link. Gate 402/402 (3x + 5x in a row). Open: linking ident#3-#8 to ident#1 needs the creator's rights (legacy tickets) - see the architect's message.
