Require author, answer 400 on invalid JSON, keep list lines in import

Creator decision 2026-09-24 on mission 002 questions: (1) author required on every API write so every entry is attributable. (2) Invalid JSON body answers 400 {error} without leaking source paths, via a hand-written check until Hybriel has a soft JSON.parse (see hybriel ticket). (3) Importer keeps Markdown list lines (- or * or 1.) as separate lines instead of merging them into the paragraph. No time zone label on shown times.

Verified by architect on the live server: missing author -> 400 naming the field, {bad -> 400 'invalid JSON at character 1' without source path, 22 tickets intact, gate 119/119 re-run. Forms send author creator, no name field. List lines stay separate lines (not real <ul>). Surrogate escapes (emoji from Python clients) refused with 400 until hybriel fixes JSON.parse.
