Review findings from #1: (1) API must reject unknown or missing fields with 400 and name the field, so malformed worker reports cannot be filed. (2) Show timestamps in local time (Europe/Vienna), not UTC. (3) Import joins hard-wrapped lines of the .md summary into paragraphs (blank line = new paragraph).

Mission 002 done. Verified by architect on the live server: all 10 tickets and histories intact, times now Vienna local (23:51 CEST), #1-#5 summaries rejoined into paragraphs, strict API live (unknown field note -> 400 naming the field). Gate 93/93 re-run. Open: invalid JSON still answers 500 (Hybriel has no soft JSON.parse); author optional. Please test and confirm.
