Built: the author of either ticket, or you. Alternative: anyone logged in (like comments).
Also: should rejected children count as done for "all children confirmed"?
And: linking ident#3–#8 under ident#1 needs you (pre-login tickets) - 6x "Set parent" -> ident.worldapi.org#1.
