ident 1/6: account and identities

Email-code login to ident itself (reuse from mission 003). No registration: first OTP login creates the user with a default identity, then shows the name fields, clearly optional. Identities: no mandatory fields, optional nickname/firstname/lastname, an identity name shown in the selector. Create further identities. Time zone taken from the browser at first use. Concept: loreana:/media/STORAGE/projects/ident.worldapi.org/CONCEPT.md. Part of #2.

Verified by architect: gate 81/81 re-run, dev smoke OK, screenshots checked (welcome form with optional fields + Skip, identities list, time zone), session-forge repro confirmed and ident defends against it. Test: http://100.77.141.84:8351, code via `tail -1 /media/STORAGE/projects/ident.worldapi.org/storage/mail-sink.txt` on Loreana. Worker's defaults to confirm or change: default identity named 'Default'; unnamed identity shown as nickname, then first+last, then 'Identity n'; default = oldest remaining identity (no 'make default' button); time zone as free IANA text + 'use this browser's' button; bad browser zone stored as UTC; field limit 60 chars.
  4. creator (via architect) changed the state confirmed Creator: "ok i am in. looks ok for a first" (2026-09-24). Real mail is on (mailer@worldapi.org via mail.byrod.in), delivery verified in the mail log. Worker's default choices accepted as built.
