hl:webex cannot bind custom DOM events

Found in mission 011. fire() in client.hl only knows a fixed list of event names (warns 'DOM event not enumerated yet'), so a custom event like ident's ident-login cannot be handled in a View. Workaround in tickets: a small login.js that passes the code into the component.
