Weekday and month names switch language after paging

The first page shows English names (Mon, September), after ‹ › the browser renders German (Mo, Oktober): the server and the browser pick different languages. Test:

  1. Open https://calendar.worldapi.org in a German browser: names are German from the first page on.
  2. Click › and ‹: the language stays the same. Details: the server renders without the browser's language; use Accept-Language (or render names only in the browser).

    Sent back after a live test (headless Chrome, German): the first page now shows '09 2026' and '· · · · · · ·' instead of month and weekday names — they only appear after paging (then 'Oktober', 'Mo Di …'). The first page must already show the names in the visitor's language (server renders with Accept-Language), and stay the same after paging. Test it in a German and an English browser.

    Now live on calendar.worldapi.org — The first page already shows month and weekday names in your browser's language, and they stay the same while paging.

    Test:

    1. Open https://calendar.worldapi.org in a German browser: Mo Di Mi …, September at once.
    2. Click › and ‹: the names stay German.
    3. Open it in an English browser: Mon Tue Wed …, and it stays the same.
    • A problem found elsewhere: hybriel #105
    • Decided: Only the first language in Accept-Language decides; server has tables for 7 languages; Local patch to the vendored hl:web instead of a redirect trick, until Hybriel offers it.
    • Not done: Languages other than en, de, fr, es, it, nl, pt still show neutral names until the first… (and 1 more)
