Docker container per host (Byrodin, Loreana), Hybriel. Connects OUT to the scheduler via one WebSocket, reconnects automatically; sessions keep running while disconnected, events/reports are buffered. Heartbeat renews ticket leases. Advertises host capabilities. Runs workers (one-shot sessions). Controls local resources: GPU (one llama-server on the Arc at a time) and Claude quota per account (reserve threshold, park evicted sessions and resume them after the window reset).
