A reusable comments block, lives in layouts.worldapi.org, first used by tickets.

Shape (as in the social demo):

  • avatar, then a bubble: name, time, 'edited' with history, text
  • like; Edit / Delete for the author
  • '1 comment / n comments' and the form below — typing with the Markdown editor

In tickets: the history stays as it is; only the comments in it use this component.
