This app can be installed on phone and desktop like calendar and tracker, with its own icon and browser-tab icon. Test: open the site on the phone → "Add to home screen"; its icon appears and it opens without the browser bar. Details:

Creator: "pwa and icons" → "all" (2026-10-01).
Built like calendar (hl:web manifest + service worker); offline the app shell opens and says it is offline.

Live: ident installs as an app with its own icon (a key). Test: open https://ident.worldapi.org on your phone → "Add to home screen" → open it; sign-in works as before. Details:
- Offline, ident keeps NO personal data on the device: the installed app shows a start page with "ident needs the network"; your email and identities are never cached (architect's decision — ident is the login for everything).
