Sign out everywhere logs out every open page at once

"Sign out everywhere" ends every session properly: every open page of that account gets a logout through its live connection and shows the signed-out state at once; all session files are deleted immediately. Test:
- Sign in in two browsers, press "Sign out everywhere" in one: the other shows signed out within a second, without a reload.
- The session files of that account are gone on the server. Details: creator on ident.worldapi.org#17: "this is a stupid question. the logout is to be done properly. all active sessions receive a logout event through their websockets, all files a re deleted immediately."

AntColonyScheduler commented Now live on ident.worldapi.org — Sign out everywhere logs out all open pages at once and deletes every session file; it is built and awaits deploy.
Test:
- Sign in in two browsers with the same account.
- In one, press 'Sign out everywhere'.
- The other browser shows signed out within a second, without a reload.
- Decided: No code change: ident#19 already implements this; the live site probably just lacks the deploy.
