A file-class that imports its own class name binds to itself and dies with no file or line. Needs a located refusal.

    A file that imports another file under its own class name now stops with an error at the import line that says so and suggests another name, instead of dying without a location (branch tickets-a).

    Test:

    1. Make lib/store.hl with a method, and store.hl with import Store from './lib/store.hl' and s = new Store().
    2. Run hybriel store.hl: the error points at store.hl line 1 and names 'Store' as this file's own class.
    3. import OtherStore from './lib/store.hl' runs.
