An imported name that is a JavaScript reserved word breaks the browser module

import { var } from './local.hl' is written into the browser module as a bare var, which does not parse.

Fixed: a reserved word as an imported name is renamed in the browser module, so the page loads. Test: import { var } from './x.hl' in a component; the page loads without a console error.
