A route naming an unimported component by path crashes the app

A route like { pattern = '/posts' component = './components/posts.hl' } whose file the entry never imports crashes both engines with an error that names no place. It must be refused at boot, pointing at the route. Being fixed by Anton's worker (mission 324).

Fixed: such a route is now refused at boot, pointing at the route row. Test: add a route to a component file your entry never imports and start the app: it stops with the route's file and line.
