Question: framework settings as named arguments?

The framework reads audience, styles, sessionDir and head metadata off the manifest by name (hlConstructor). Pass them as named construction arguments instead? My recommendation: yes, one line per demo.

we already discussed it is a bug when it takes it miraculously instead of getting it passed in properly
