After a session face, hl:web rebuilds the page WITHOUT its route parameters — values depending on route + session flip (tickets admin loses settings on Save)

Since 0b17f65b + 64527baa: after any on server face that takes session, hl:web re-derives the page's server values with mount(key, {}, s, …) (plugins/web/WebFramework.hl ~2495) — no route parameters — so every member computed from a route param AND the session is wrong, and the browser takes the wrong value. Test: the repro keeps showing "you may edit" after one server call (as on 837fe120). Details:

Seen in tickets: project settings, admin clicks Save → page switches to "Only an admin of the project can open its settings" (isAdmin = isAdminOf(project.id, me) with projectSlug = null). 4/4 runs.
Minimal repro on Loreana: tickets.worldapi.org/.scratch/w048/repro/ → node repro.mjs <bin> (master flips, 837fe120 stays; needs master's plugins/ next to it).
Probable fix: re-derive with the tab's own route parameters.
tickets stays on 837fe120 until fixed; tracker/gitoria/calendar run ff51cf46 (their gates pass, but any route+session member is at risk).

Fixed in 18cf2fb9 (branch web122, not yet on master): the tab now sends its route params with hello/mounts and the post-face sync re-derives with them. Test: run the repro against master plus this commit; the page keeps "you may edit" after the server call.
