Where should the proposed differ module (the pure, DOM-free diff algorithm ported from custom-ide's lineDiff.js) live once it's written — a new shared worldapi-components project, or inside gitoria until a second consumer needs it? Context: gitoria#2 asks to evaluate making editor+differ reusable across worldapi layouts/components; only gitoria exists as a concrete consumer today.
