When tickets switches to projects with members and roles (tickets.worldapi.org#20), gitoria's /tickets page still lists a repo's tickets and can create new ones. Test:

  1. gitoria's browser gate against the current tickets code (with #20): "first ticket listed" and creating a ticket pass. Details: today gitoria writes to tickets as a technical user (GITORIA_TICKETS_TOKEN) that is not a member of any project, so with roles it has no rights and the list stays empty (gate: 'waitFor timed out: first ticket listed'). Until the proper connect flow (tickets#21 → gitoria#18): make gitoria's user a member (role edit) of each repo's tickets project when gitoria creates it, and use the new state names. Run the gate with GITORIA_GATE_PORT=8740 GITORIA_GATE_IDENT_PORT=8741 GITORIA_GATE_TICKETS_PORT=8742 if the scheduler's worker ports are busy.

    Now live on gitoria.worldapi.org — A repo's Tickets page lists and opens tickets again with the new roles: gitoria makes the project and is its admin.

    Test:

    1. Open a repo's Tickets page on gitoria, log in, and open a ticket with a subject.
    2. The ticket appears in the list as open, with a link into tickets.
    3. On tickets.worldapi.org the repo's project exists and lists the same ticket.
    • Decided: Project made lazily at the first ticket (covers existing repos), not at repo creation; Gitoria's user is admin of the project (creator role), which includes edit.
