Pagination: tell the host which page was clicked (or render real links)

Pagination hands the clicked target page to the app that uses it (before it re-renders its buttons), or renders real links — so no app has to read button labels. Test: a host page using Pagination gets the target page number on every click (real and script clicks, Next/Previous/numbers/ellipsis edges) and navigates correctly. Details:
- Found by tracker worker w092 (tracker#38, pagination jumping): the component rewrites its own buttons before the host's click handler runs on a real click; the tracker had to read e.target.textContent, which then showed a different page. Workaround in tracker tilelist.hl. Related: hybriel#87 (no way to emit from a component to its host). Repro: loreana tracker reports/033-pagination.md.
