Docker container per host (Byrodin, Loreana), Hybriel. Connects OUT to the scheduler via one WebSocket, reconnects automatically; sessions keep running while disconnected, events/reports are buffered. Heartbeat renews ticket leases. Advertises host capabilities. Runs workers (one-shot sessions). Controls local resources: GPU (one llama-server on the Arc at a time) and Claude quota per account (reserve threshold, park evicted sessions and resume them after the window reset). Design: antcolony README.md.

History

  1. import opened the ticket

    imported from 0005-agent.md

  2. Architect changed the state progress

Mission 016 started: agent v0 = ./colony work <project> <n> runs one Claude Code worker headless (claude -p --json-schema = report schema), records usage, validates + posts the report. No daemon yet.

  3. Architect changed the state review

Mission 016 done: ./colony work <project> <n> [--post] runs one Claude Code worker headless in the project's dev folder: lease (in progress + session text), claude -p with --json-schema = report schema, --permission-mode auto (never bypass), no MCP servers, no token for the worker, timeout; runs/<session>/ keeps brief, raw result, report, cost; a missing/invalid report puts the ticket back to open. e2e 101/101 re-run by the architect (fake worker). Real runs by the worker: Sonnet 4 turns USD 0.18 success -> report posted -> awaiting creator; Haiku max-turns 1 -> back to open. Worker's cost in total about USD 0.33. Not built yet: daemon, heartbeat, quota, controller. Questions: default model Sonnet (Haiku has no auto mode) - refuse Haiku up front?; Loreana ~/.claude/settings.json has defaultMode bypassPermissions - change?
