Now live on container antcolony-scheduler (restart by the architect) — The colony builds a status from tickets and files one short daily summary of what waits for you.

    Test:

    1. After the restart, find 'Daily summary <date>' in the antcolony inbox (after 07:00 UTC).
    2. It lists questions to answer and built work to check, with links.
    3. There is only one summary per day, even after a restart.
    4. Run ./colony status --write: status/STATUS.md shows the state counts per project.
    • Decided: Delivery = one inbox ticket per day (only channel that exists); hour 07:00 UTC, COLONY_DIGEST_HOUR; Status file is status/STATUS.md, regenerated; 'answered' counts as awaiting creator; Summa…
    • Not done: Live container runs old code until the architect restarts it. (and 1 more)
