   Now live on container antcolony-scheduler (restart by the architect) — /hold and /prio in a comment act at once; /confirm and /reject work once you give the colony your token file.

   Test:

   1. Write /hold as a comment on an open ticket, wait a minute — it goes on hold.
   2. Write /prio high on an open ticket — the colony answers and picks it first.
   3. Write /confirm on a ticket — without your token file the colony answers it cannot.
